CBM Founder and President

Frank Martin is a 27-year veteran of the cleaning industry. At the age of 20, he co-founded Professional Janitorial Service, which has now become one of the nation’s largest janitorial businesses. In 1987, he moved his family to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he founded MBM, a full-service cleaning company serving the entire Front Range region. MBM is today one of the most successful janitorial services in the State.

Drawing on his many years of expertise and experience, Frank now owns and operates Colorado Building Maintenance, serving the greater Pikes Peak region, from Colorado Springs to Denver.
